One of Kimpton Hotels' partners in supporting a sustainable planet, The Trust for Public Land (TPL) is a non-profit organization that conserves land for people to enjoy as parks, gardens and other natural sanctuaries. Since its founding in 1972, TPL has helped protect more than two million acres in 46 states. Red Ribbon Campaign. For years, Kimpton Hotels has been a leader in the fight against HIV. As part of this fight, Kimpton initiated its Red Ribbon Campaign, which assists HIV service organizations across North America at the local level, through employee volunteerism, HIV educational campaigns, corporate donations and raising funds for the nonprofits through special events.
