    Answer:

    Check in is at 3 PM and check out is at 12 noon.
  • Question: Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?


    Answer:

    The hotel is entirely non-smoking.
  • Question: How much do you charge for high speed/wifi internet access?


    Answer:

    Complimentary high speed Ethernet is available in the guestrooms.  Complimentary wireless is available throughout the hotel.
  • Question: Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?


    Answer:

    Yes, the fitness center is complimentary and accessible 24-hours with a guestroom key. It contains various cardiovascular machines and free weights with a bench. There are also mens and womens steam rooms.

    Yes, room service is available from 7 AM until 11 PM.
  • Question: Do you have a business center?


    Answer:

    Yes. The business center is located on property and is open 24-hours.

    Answer:

    There is no complimentary shuttle service. Please contact the concierge for transportation assistance.
  • Question: What are your cross streets?


    Answer:

    The hotel is located on E street in between North Capitol and New Jersey.
  • Question: Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?


    Answer:

    Yes, valet parking is available on property, 24 hours a day, with in-and-out privileges. It is not included in the room rate. Overnight parking costs $40 plus tax and day parking is $22 plus tax.  [Top]

  • Question: Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs/playards?  Is there a charge?


    Answer:

    Yes, however, not all rooms allow rollaways as defined by the fire code. The extra charge is $25 per night for a rollaway.
  • Question: I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation.  How do I do this?


    Answer:

    If you made a reservation using a non Kimpton website please contact your service provider directly to make modifications to your reservation.
  • Question: What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?


    Answer:

    The minimum age requirement to check into the hotel is 18 years old. A 16 year old may check into the hotel with written permission from the parent or legal guardian accepting full responsibility for all room charges, incidentals and any other fees
  • Question: What is your cancellation/deposit policy?


    Answer:

    Reservations booked at the Best Available Rate have a 24 hour cancellation policy or 6 PM the day prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. For all other reservations please check with the booking provider for details on the cancellation/deposit policies.
  • Question: Is my ID/passport required at check in?


    Answer:

    Yes, a valid government issued photo ID is required at the time of check in.
  • Question: What age do kids stay for free?


    Answer:

    Children under the age of 17 stay for free.
  • Question: Do you have connecting rooms?


    Answer:

    Yes, the hotel has connecting rooms.
  • Question: Do you have ADA rooms?


    Answer:

    Yes, the hotel has ADA rooms; some ADA rooms have a tub and others a roll in shower. Please specify any special requests at the time of booking or during check in so that we may make your stay more comfortable.
  • Question: Do you have an early departure fee?

    Bistro Bis serves French cuisine, and reservations are recommended. Please call 202-661-2700. Coffee and pastries are available from 6:30 AM and a full menu is offered at 7 AM daily; lunch is served daily from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM; dinner is served nightly from 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM; and the Bar is open from 11:30 AM until closing.  [Top]

    Yes, the hotel is pet friendly, and there are no pet restrictions. However, we request that a pet form be completed during check in and that the pet is caged or out of the room during housekeeping service.

    Answer:

    Yes, guests may request a pet free room.
  • Question: Do you have pet sitting or dog walking services?


    Answer:

    Guests may request pet services for a fee by contacting the front desk. Services include, but are not limited to: pet sitting, dog walking, and pet spa services.
